RE: Harmony Market Preliminary P.U.D. - #54-87B
Dear Sirs,
On April 24. 1989 the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Fort Collins,
approved the above referenced project, subject to the following conditions:
1. The height of the landscaped berms along Harmony Road shall be approxi-
mately four feet in height.
2. A sign shall be placed in the loading dock areas directing truck drivers to
turn off truck engines. Such a sign shall be similar to the sign posted in the
loading dock area behind Toddy's Supermarket in Scotch Pines Village.
For your information, the sign posted above the loading dock behind
Toddy's reads;
"Vendors, Servicemen, Employees, Patrons - Quiet Zone, Residential Living
Area. We Appreciate Your Cooperation in Keeping All Noise to a Mini-
mum in Consideration of Area Resident".
This sign is approximately 30 square feet.
3. There shall be continuity and design throughout the project.
