The proposed project is commonly known as Oak-Cottonwood Farm PUD - Amended Master Plan, Case Number 54-87A. The applicants are requesting to amend the approved master plan to re-designate Parcel 1-B to include a "Community and Regional Shopping Center" as an allowable land use. The project is located south of Harmony Rd., west of Lemay Ave., and east of the Fairway Estates and Fossil Creek Meadows neighborhoods and is zoned RP-Planned Residential. Bc the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the project based on current County Assessor's records.
