TO ALL PERSONS TAKE NOTICE:The City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain real property located in Larimer County, Colorado, as more particularly
described as LOT 1, FORT COLLINS FLEET MAINTENANCE SUBDIVISION.
The above-described property shall hereafter be referred to as the “City Property.”As a requirement for expanding the Fleet Maintenance Shop, Poudre Fire Authority asked for an emergency
access alignment across the City property. The location of the Alignmentis more particularly described on Exhibit “A” attached.The purpose of this NOTICE (in addition to giving general
notice to the public of the existence of the Alignment) is principally to remind the City and its staff, agents, and representatives that the Alignmentexists upon the City Property and
that the City, prior to conveying any interest in the City Property to any person, should reserve from such conveyance,an easement, right-of-way, or other interest in land sufficient
to preserve a right for the continued existence and, if necessary, enlargement of the Alignment.
