05/13/2016: My understanding was that the reason to make this change was
because there was a desire to modify the detention pond and remove a retaining
wall. Assuming that is the reason revisions to the utility plans need to be submitted
for review and approval and a revision to the site/ landscape plans also submitted to
show the wall, fence and landscaping changes.

05/13/2016: I had thought that the replat was only going to be a replat of lots 1 and
2. If it stays a replat of the entire site the boundaries need to be adjusted so that
Longwing Drive and Broadwing Road are not within the boundaries of the area being
replated. This is City ROW and needs to be excluded from the boundaries since
the applicant does not own this area. This also applies to the other areas of ROW
that were dedicated with the original plat.

by TALON DEVELOPMENT, LLC. If so this is the name that needs to be reflected
on the plat as the owner.

05/17/2016: The site disturbs more than 10,000 sq. ft., therefore Erosion and
Sediment Control Materials need to be submitted. The erosion control requirements
are in the Stormwater Design Criteria under the Amendments of Volume 3 Chapter
7 Section 1.3.3. Current Erosion Control Materials Submitted do not meet
requirements. Please submit; Erosion Control Plan, Erosion Control Report, and an
Escrow/Security Calculation. Also, based upon the area of disturbance State
permits for stormwater will be required since the site is over an acre. If you need
clarification concerning the erosion control section, or if there are any questions
