Response: Exhibits included, the Agreement document to follow by 1/20/2023
Comment 7: Still need the DCP application
Response: Noted, the GC is working through the Abatement process prior to applying for a
Demolition Permit; of which time they’ll also submit the DPC. Anticipate in early February.
Comment 16: RESOLVED
Response: Noted, thanks you.
Comment 17: I didn’t see note the Drake improvements as “to be completed by others” it’s just grayed

Response: Plans updated accordingly.
Comment 18: RESOLVED
Response: Noted, thank you.
Comment 19: RESOLVED
Response: Noted, thank you.
Comment 20: Will still want that offsite easement reception number on there since it’s not on the plat.
Response: Please see updated Easement Schedule.
Comment 21: Still waiting on those measurements. I provided some in the DA, so unless you dispute
the number I have in there, then I am going to leave it as is.
Response: Please refer to the Shared Parking Exhibits, as well as the updated Site Data Table.
The western shared parking is 41 spaces with the southern shared parking reduced to 53
spaces, for a total of 94 now due to the CIP improvements.
