Michael, nice to meet you! Here's a quick summary of the meeting: 1. Discussed the HS access at Carriage Parkway. It is reasonable that buses headed to Mulberry Street would use this access to exit the HS. Additionally there may be a bus inbound that serves the neighborhood to the north of Mulberry near Carriage Parkway. 2. There will be both bicycle and pedestrian facilities at this location into the school. 3. With regards to your two parcels (D and M) you currently have no plans for these. It is reasonable to assume that the HS access on Carriage Parkway would not be relocated if these two parcels were to develop. 4. We also discussed a potential pedestrian access to the high school along the canal (north side). After talking through how students would get to the commercial uses, it would seem most likely they would walk along Prospect Road. 5. If buses were to use I-25, they would enter the school site at Prospect/McLaughlin. I'm going to look at the HS access again once you get me some estimates on buses that would exit there. I'll assume one bus would enter from there. Thanks and great to see you! Ruth -- Ruth Rollins, P.E. 970 213-2393 Have a wonderful day :) -- Ruth Rollins, P.E. 970 213-2393 Have a wonderful day :)
