The preliminary PUD is part of the Arapahoe/Mountain Ridge Farm Overall Development Plan and as such, an applicant will have until January 18, 2000 to submit a final Planned Unit Development (ie. the preliminary PUD is valid through January 17, 2000). - Should you have any questions regarding this information, please contact me. DATE: July 7, 1997 RE: The Overlook at Arapahoe Farm, Preliminary PUD PROJECT #: 0360 (0360MEM4) As per our conversation earlier this spring,this memo is to confirm that the Preliminary PUD Approval granted by the Planning and Zoning Board for the neighborhood convenience center, the Overlook at Arapahoe Farm on January 27, 1997 is valid through January 17, 2000(a Final PUD must be submitted by that date). This Preliminary PUD is part of an ODP of over 100 acres (Arapahoe/Mountain Ridge) with existing infrastructure - as of March 28, 1997- serving over 20% of the total development.
