Dear Resident:
Thank you for attending the neighborhood meeting regarding the proposed
development known as Arapahoe Farm Convenience Center back on October 14,
1996. For your information, please find, on the reverse side, a list of those
neighborhood residents who also attended the meeting.
The purpose of providing this list is to assist in organizing an effective neighborhood
group to respond to this development proposal. It is our experience that
communication among the City Planning Department, the developer, and the
neighborhood is most effective when citizens have had a chance to meet and organize
as a group.
Please note that the City of Fort Collins has available the services of the Neighborhood
Resources Office. Tess Hefffernan and Chris Maldonado staff this office which can
assist in your organization efforts. The phone number is 221-6046.
My latest information is that the Arapahoe Farm Convenience Center P.U.D. will be
submitted as a Preliminary Plan on November 25, 1996. This puts the developer on
schedule for the January 27, 1997 Planning and Zoning Board meeting.
Please feel free to ask for a set of plans after Monday, November 25, 1996. I anticipate
that we will schedule a second neighborhood meeting in early January, after the
holidays. You will be notified of this meeting by mail.

comments regarding this project.
