A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 34,Township 7 North, Range 69
West and the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 69 West of the 6th
Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, being more particularly
described as follows:
Considering the South line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 34 as bearing North
89°53'42" East from a 21/2 " aluminum cap at the Southwest corner of said Section 34 to a
3" aluminum cap at the South corner of said Section 34 and,v4ith all bearings contained herein
relative thereto:
Commencing at the Southwest.Corner of said Section 34;thence along said South line, North
89°53'42"East, 1224.04feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;thence, North 00°06'18"West,
48.25 feet to the Southeasterly line of The Overlook at Woodridge First Filing; thence along
