HomeMy WebLinkAboutTHE OVERLOOK AT WOODRIDGE PUD, 4TH FILING, FIRST REPLAT - 55-87M - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARING Commuy Planning and Environmental Prvices Current Planning City of Fort Collins NOTICE OF HEARING AMENDED PLAT/MINOR SUBDIVISION ADMINISTRATIVE RULING THE OVERLOOK AT WOODRIDGE,FOURTH FILING,FIRST REPLAT,PLANNING DEPARTMENT PROJECT#55-87M May 1, 1996 Dear Resident: On Thursday, May 16, 1996, at 2:30 p.m., in the Natural Resources Department Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue,Fort Collins,Colorado,the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering the approval of an Amended Plat/Minor Subdivision. If approved, a Vested Property Right, in accordance with Colorado Law, shall be created. The applicant is proposing to replat Lots 22 through 26 (five lots) of the Woodridge P.U.D., Fourth Filing, as Lots 1 through 4 (four lots)for single-family residential use. The property is located along the west side of the future Harmony Road alignment, east of Taft Hill Road, west of Shields Street, and South of West Horsetooth Road A list of affected property owners for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending hearing so that all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
