RE: The proposed town home application in the Arapahoe Farm Pud.
Dear Ted:
The Woodridge Homeowners Association met on Wednesday January 12, 1994, a discussion was
held concerning the approval of the pending application for the town home project in the Arapahoe Farm
PUD. A motion was made and carried unanimously that a letter be written to the Planning and Zoning
board outlining our concerns and suggestions.
We realize that diversity of housing is necessary for the benefit of all citizens in the community,
and thusly we are not opposed to the project; however, certain architectural standards should be a
condition of the approval,in order to maintain continuity and compatibility in the neighborhood. They
are as follows:
1. Cedar shake roofs(Masonite shake roof as an alternate)
2. Full brick front elevation
3. Wood windows
4. Compatible exterior siding with the existing homes
5. Ample berms along Seneca Street
6. Low profile on site street lighting
7. Minimum roof pitch of 6/12
The above mentioned items should be made a condition of approval.
We" o "for your attention regarding this matter. Should you desire to contact me,I can
be h at 7 07
