City of Fort Collins January 25, 1994 Dear Resident: On Wednesday, February 2, 1994, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., in the Media Center at Webber Junior High School*, 4201 Seneca Street, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a public information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood**. isknown as the Arapahoe Farm Townhomes, Preliminary Planned Unit The project o pry Development. As most of you are aware, Arapahoe Farm Townhomes P.U.D. consists of 72 multi-family units on 10.39 acres, located north of Harmony Road and east of Seneca Street, approximately one-half mile west of Shields Street. The purpose of this meeting is to review the plans that will be submitted tot he City Planning Department for final consideration of the P.U.D. It is anticipated at this time that the applicant, The James Company, will submit a Final P.U.D. for consideration by the Planning and Zoning Board on March 28, 1994. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
