Comment Number: 3 11/23/2022: SUBMITTAL: Please follow the Electronic Submittal Requirements and File Naming Standards found at https://www.fcgov.com/developmentreview/files/electronic submittal requirements and file naming standards_v1_8 1 19.pdf?1566857888. File names should begin with the file type, followed by the project information, and round number. Example: UTILITY PLANS_PROJECT NAME_PDP_Rd2.pdf File type acronyms maybe appropriate to avoid extremely long file names. Example: TIS for Traffic Impact Study, ECS for Ecological Characterization Study. Reach out to me if you would like a list of suggested names. *Please disregard any references to paper copies, flash drives, or CDs. Comment Number: 4 11/23/2022: SUBMITTAL: All plans should be saved as optimized/flattened PDFs to reduce file size and remove layers. Per the Electronic Submittal Requirements AutoCAD SHX attributes need to be removed from the PDF’s. AutoCAD turns drawing text into comments that appear in the PDF plan set, and these must be removed prior to submittal as they can cause issues with the PDF file. The default setting is "1" ("on") in AutoCAD. To change the setting and remove this feature, type "EPDFSHX" (version 2016.1) or “PDFSHX (version 2017 and newer) in the command line and enter "0". Read this article at Autodesk.com for more on this topic: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarti cles/sfdcarticles/Drawing‑text‑appears‑as‑Comments‑in‑a‑PDF‑created‑by‑Aut oCAD.html Comment Number: 5 11/23/2022: SUBMITTAL: Resubmittals are accepted any day of the week, with Wednesday at noon being the cut‑off for routing the same week. Also provide dimensions for the stalls. Please indicate on the plan the number and location of handicap stalls. At least one stall will need to be van accessible. Department: Erosion Control Contact: Andrew Crecca, , acrecca@fcgov.com Topic: Erosion Control Comment Number: 9 11/29/2022: FOR RECORDING: For Final Acceptance: app plans must be stamped by a licensed P.E. per FCSCM Chapter 2 Sec 6.1.3 Department: Stormwater Engineering Contact: Stephen Agenbroad, , sagenbroad@fcgov.com Topic: General Comment Number: 1 01/13/2023: FOR HEARING ‑ UNRESOLVED: The outlet into the existing detention pond should either be the options listed below, or at a minimum has to be buried rip rap with at least 4‑6 inches of cover. 11/22/2022: FOR HEARING: The city prefers that alternatives to riprap are used in construction of stormwater infrastructure. These consist of Turf Reinforcement Mats, Geotextiles, or Articulating Concrete Blocks. At a minimum the city requires that all riprap used should be buried with 4‑6 inches of topsoil. Comment Number: 3 01/13/2023: FOR HEARING ‑ UPDATED: Please use the updated rain garden drawing as seen in the redlines provided to the applicant. 11/22/2022: FOR HEARING: Please use city made details, these can be found at the following link : https://records.fcgov.com/WebLink/. Please include details and design calcs for them as well. Comment Number: 5 01/13/2023: FOR HEARING ‑ UNRESOLVED: Any stormwater infrastructure that is conveying 100‑year flows needs to have a drainage easement dedicated to the city. Please label them as so on the utility plan and the Plat. 11/22/2022: FOR HEARING: Since the proposed rain garden and the pipe connecting it with the detention pond are conveying 100‑yr flows, they will both need a drainage easement dedicated to the city. Comment Number: 6 11/22/2022: FOR HEARING: Please see redlines for more comments. Comment Number: 8 01/13/2023: FOR HEARING: The site is adding more than a 1000 sf of new impervious area, and therefore detention requirements along with LID requirements will need to be satisfied. The drainage report did not address the quantity detention requirement, please mitigate the extra impervious runoff. Or justify why the new impervious area has a negligible impact on the existing detention volume and has no negative impacts on downstream properties. If you have any questions please reach out to me at sagebroad@fcgov.com. Comment Number: 9 01/13/2023: FOR HEARING: The details you provided for the storm sewer bedding material is for PVC, CMP, or HDPE piping material, when you are proposing a RCP material.
