Found brass cap, set in concrete, markings illegible. The top of cap is 0.9' below the surface of a
deteriorating asphalt parking area. This monument has been located on previous surveys in the area and
fits with the existing data in King Surveyors records.
3. DESCRIPTION OF MONUMENT SET BY YOU TO PERPETUATE THE LOCATION OF THIS POINT:
Upgraded with a monument box and established new ties as indicated below.
