HomeMy WebLinkAboutARAPAHOE FARM TOWNHOMES PUD - PRELIMINARY - 55-87G - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING (2) /7-444 Commulk Planning and Environmental&vices Planning Department City of Fort Collins October 27, 1993 Dear Resident: On Thursday, November 4, 1993, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. , at Johnson Elementary School , 4101 Seneca Street*, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a follow-up neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The proposal is known as Arapahoe Farms Townhomes, Preliminary P.U.D. This will be the second neighborhood meeting on this project. The first meeting was held on October 18, 1993. At that meeting, it was requested by the affected property owners that an additional meeting would be beneficial to discuss the specific impacts and design ideas relating to Regency Park, Second Filing. ,e purpose of the meeting is to focus on the relationship of the proposed project to the single family homes on the east - Regency Park, Second Filing. This follow-up meeting will allow the citizens, the developer (Mr. Jim Postle, James Company) and the consultant (Mr. Eldon Ward, Cityscape Urban Design) to discuss specific design issues which were raised at the first meeting. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter to be an important element in the City's review of the proposal . If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
