A 28—foot wide public street is being proposed in the Cobblestone Corners, PUD,
and this street meets the following criteria:
a. It is a cul—de—sac.
b. It has less than 750 ADT.
c. It is not accessed from an arterial.
e. One side shall be signed "No Parking. "
A variance from the requirement "d" that homes may not face each other
across the street is hereby requested.
