Dear Eldon:
It appears that the relocation of Fort Collins - Loveland Water
District line through Arapahoe Farm has not, as of this writing,
been fully resolved. Since this line presently bisects the "The
Gates At Woodridge P.U.D. , First Filing", resolution of this
relocation should be in place prior to the Planning and Zoning
Board hearing of June 24, 1991..
It is our understanding that the landowner, Arapahoe Farm, Inc. , is
willing to accommodate the Fort Collins Loveland Water District
for the relocation. Thus far, we have not heard that the
District's concerns have been satisfied and that outstanding issues
may remain.
The Planning Department strongly encourages the landowner to begin
finalizing the relocation with the District. It would be
preferable to have evidence of an agreement prior to action by the
Planning and Zoning Board. With only one month until the public
hearing, discussions should begin promptly. If such an agreement
is not demonstrated, then final plans cannot be filed and building
permits could not be issue.
If you have any questions regarding this issue, please call our
office at 221-6750.
Sincerely:
