In talking with Alex this project is still under 10,000 SF of disturbance and during CDR200095 and PDP210012 left with
the comment that erosion control is not applicable. So I am assuming it being on the checklist was an accidently oversight
as we are not requiring erosion control of this project so escrows and fees will not be required.
Let me know if I am missing something Brandy or Matt but I think we are good not needing that on this project.

This is Alex Gresh from F9 Productions. We are the architects working on the Castle Ridge Grouphome with Stephanie
Hansen. We received a Development Application Submittal Checklist from Ft. Collins stating what is required for our
project. It states that we do not need an final drainage and erosion control report, but we do need an erosion control
cost estimate. Is the erosion control cost estimate still necessary without the drainage and erosion control report? If so,
do you know where I could find the form for the erosion control cost estimate?
