RE: Arapahoe Farm, 1st Filing
Dear Eldon:
The Fort Collins -Loveland Water District has not finalized a deal
with G.T. Land regarding the pump station site. My conversation
with Mr. Gary Berger of Woodcraft Homes was tentative subject to
a number of conditions. The $2,500 figure and the District's
participation in the line relocation was one of several options
discussed; however, no final plan was accepted.
Since the line relocation and the pump station site are separate
matters with different parties involved, it appears that they
cannot be resolved as one. Therefore, further discussions will
have to take place with respect to the final resolution of the
water line relocation on the first filing of Arapahoe Farms. The
District's financial participation is still on the table as a
possible option among several.
Please feel free to call me if you have any further questions.
Sincerely,
Michael DiTullio
District Manager
