The ultimate determination of the location of the convenience center shall consider factors relating to pedestrian safety, particularly for students attending the two neighborhood schools. It is a primary concern of the Planning and Zoning Board, given the attractiveness of a convenience center for the student population, that school officials be consulted and measures be taken to promote safety. It is. the desire of the Board that a report be made regarding this issue at the May 20, 1991 regular meeting, in.conjunction with the discussion of Arapahoe Farm P.U.D., First Filing, Preliminary.
