Eldon Ward Cityscape Urban design 210 Old Town Square,- #242 Fort Collins, CO 80524 Dear Eldon, Staff has reviewed the revisions to Arapahoe/Mountain Ridge Master Plan and has the following comments: 1. Indicate on the plan that the existing Harmony Road ROW will be vacated and the road pavement removed when the new alignment is constructed. 2. Submit a letter requesting a variance for the First Phase Preliminary submittal requirement. 3. Adjacent property to the north is Skyline Acres not Springfield. Show Richmond Drive ending in a cul de sac and not a through street. 4. Tndicate that the trail along the northern edge of parcel one and the trail along the canal are pedestrian/bike trails. This concludes Staff ccmments.at this time. Please note the following.dates and let me know if there are any problems -in meeting the deadlines: PMI's, color renderings and 10 prints are due October 19, 1987 Final mylars and documents are due October 22, 1987 As always, please call if there are any questions or concerns.
