HomeMy WebLinkAboutARAPAHOE/MOUNTAINRIDGE FARM - MASTER PLAN - 55-87 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGCITY OF FORT COLLINS OFFICE OF DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, PLANNING DEPARTMENT October 13, 1987 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, October 26, 1987*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City Hall, will hold a public hearing on a proposed development in your neigh- borhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Arapahoe/Mountainridge Farm - Master Plan, Case Number #55-87. The applicants are seeking approval for a Master Plan of 224.4 acres, which consists of 133.1 acres of single family, 64.8 acres of multi -family, 18 acres of retail, 3.5 acres of open space and a 5 acre church site. The proposed project is located between Taft Hill Road and Shields Street, north of Harmony Road and is zoned rlp, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the project based on current County Assessor's records.
