Dear Resident: On Tuesday, August 25, 1987, from 7:00 - 9:0n p.m., at Rocky Mountain High School, 1300 W. Swallow*, in the band room**, the staff of the Planning Department will hold a public information meeting on a proposed Master Plan in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly know as Arapa- hoe/Mountain Ridge Farm Master Plan. The applicants are requesting 400 acres of land in the section of land bounded by Harmony Road, Taft Hill Road, Horsetooth Road, and Shields Street. The purpose of the Master Plan is to identify land uses and trans- portation patterns. There are no immediate development plans for this area. The purpose of the August 25th meeting is to present the proposed develop- ment plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and receive comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The Staff_ would strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend, written comments may be sent. The list of affected property owners being notified fir this neighborhood meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to -attend.
