On behalf of Western Heritage Property Development Company, Inc., I ask that the above -
referenced request for rezoning be withdrawn.
In view of the staff s recommendation of denial, the owner intends, over the next few weeks,
to rethink the planning of the entire parcel and then would like an opportunity to visit with the staff
regarding development options which may be more palatable to the City.
