Strickfaden, Agent Dear Ms. Whetstone: Please consider this letter as a request to extend the expiration date for an additional period of the presently existing North Lemay Plaza PUD. As detailed in your letter of October 29, 1991, I am enclosing a Ranjeb check in the amount of $50.00 as payment for the extension request. I am aware that this request will need to be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Board for final approval. As stated in my last letter, we have now obtained a dependable product supply source for the convenience center. The financing application is still pending although it has been tentatively approved subject to final determination of total project costs and conversion of some of the leasing letters of intent into firm lease contracts. If desired, a personal appearance before the Planning and Zoning Board can be arranged. anything further is needed with respect to this request please contact me at the above address.
