The Planning Department has received a one-year extension request to continue the validity of North Lemay Plaza P.U.D. This project consists of a 2,604 square foot convenience store, with gasoline sales, and a 10,762 square foot retail building located at the southwest corner of North Lemay Avenue and Conifer Street. The P.U.D. was originally approved by the Planning and Zoning Board on March 28, 1988. Two, one-year extensions have been previously granted. The third extension would allow the P.U.D. to remain valid up to March 28, 1995. Please indicate your concerns, if any, regarding this third, one- year extension request. Thank you for responding by Thursday, March 24, 1994.
