RE: Extension Request for North Lemay Plaza PUD
I have received a request for a one-year extension on North Lemay
Plaza PUD, which was approved by the Planning and Zoning Board on
March 28, 1988 and has previously received two one-year extensions.
This project consists of a 2,604 square foot convenience store with
gasoline sales and a 10,762 square foot retail store, located at
the southwest corner of Conifer and North Lemay. This PUD is
scheduled to expire on March 28, 1993.
The property owners have requested a one year extension, which if
approved, would extend the current approval until March 28, 1994.
Please indicate your concerns below, if any, regarding this
extension request by Friday, March 12, 1993.

RE: North Lemay Plaza PUD
Columbine CableVision's concerns are as follows:
The construction of the road and bridge widening on Lemay Avenue and
the driveway on Conifer Street will likely cause major service disruptions
to all of our customers north of Conifer Street. This is due to the fact
that we have four major trunk lines along the North, East, and South sides
of this project.
