RE: Extension Request - North Lemay Plaza PUD
DATE: March 2, 1992
I have received a request for a third six-month extension for North
Lemay Plaza PUD, which was approved on March 28, 1988. The project
was administratively extended to March 28, 1992 at the applicants
request. This extension request will be heard by the Planning and
Zoning Board on March 23, 1992. If approved, this request would
extend the life of this project until September 30, 1992.
North Lemay Plaza PUD consists of a convenience store and small
retail building at the southwest corner of North Lemay Avenue and
Conifer Street. The P.U.D. is allowed to be extended by
administrative approval for two, six month extensions, and is
required to be heard by the Planning and Zoning Board for
additional extensions. In March of 1991 the first six month
extension was granted to give the project current status until
September 30, 1991. In September of 1991 a second six month
extension granted the project current status until March 28, 1992.
Please review this request and comment by Wednesday March 11, 1992

this project.

RE: North Lemay Plaza PUD
Columbine CableVision's concerns are as follows:
The construction of the road and bridge widening on Lemay Avenue and
the driveway on Conifer Street will likely cause major service disruptions
to all of our customers north of Conifer Street. This is due to the fact
that we have four major trunk lines along the North, East, and South sides
of this project.
Sincerely,
Dennis Greenwalt
