Dear Mr. Strickfaden:
I received your recent request for a second six-month extension for
the North Lemay Plaza PUD, which was first approved on March 28,
1988. This request has been reviewed by the pertinent City
departments and affected outside utility providers. This extension
request has been granted, with conditions. The North Lemay Plaza
PUD would expire on March 28, 1992. The conditions are as follows:
1. The construction plans need to be revised to meet current
storm drainage standards, including an erosion control plan
with calculations. No site work can begin until the plan is
approved and the appropriate bond is posted. Please contact
Glen Schlueter at 221-6589 if you have any questions.
2. Columbine Cable has informed us that construction on Lemay
Avenue and Conifer Street will likely cause major service
disruptions to their customers north of Conifer Street.
Columbine Cable has four major trunk lines along the North,
East, and South sides of this project. Prior to construction
please coordinate your schedule with Columbine Cable. They
may also request that you notify affected customers about any
service disruption. Please contact Dennis Greenwalt at 493-
7400 if you have questions.
Please be reminded that development of the P.U.D. is subject to the
approved plans, development agreement, and the conditions of
approval as specified by the City Council. Additionally, any
future extension requests must be submitted for review by the
Planning and Zoning Board. Such requests must be submitted in
writing, at least 30 days prior to the date of expiration. There
is a $50.00 application fee for extension requests that must be
heard by the Board.

Re: Lemay Plaza PUD extension
Southwest corner Lemay Avenue/Conifer Street intersection
Dear Sir:
Please consider this letter as a request for a six month exten-
sion for the above PUD.
A gasoline supplier has now been located and the commitment
given to supply gasoline products for this location. Two
tenants have committed to leases in the retail portion of the
PUD. An application is being submitted to an interested lender
and hopefully a loan commitment will be received within the next
60 day period. We will then proceed to final plans and will
request a building permit. This activity should occur within
the additional 6 month extension as requested by this letter.
