RE: Extension Request - North Lemay Plaza PUD
DATE: September 30, 1991
I have received a request for a second six-month extension for
North Lemay Plaza PUD, which was approved March 28, 1988. If
approved, this request would extend the life of this project until
March 28, 1992.
North Lemay Plaza PUD consists of a convenience store and small
retail building at the southwest corner of North Lemay Avenue and
Conifer Street. The P.U.D. is allowed to be extended by
administrative approval for two, six month extensions. In March of
1991 the first six month extension was granted to give the project
current status until September 30, 1991.
Please review this request and comment by Wednesday October 161
1991 and indicate any concerns you may have for extending the
approval of this project.

Columbine CableVision's concerns are as follows:
The construction of the road and bridge widening on Lemay Avenue and
the driveway on Conifer Street will likely cause major service dis-
ruptions to all of our customers north of Conifer Street. This is due
to the fact we have four major trunk lines along the North, East, and
South sides of this project.
