Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Re: Lemay Plaza PUD extension Southwest corner Lemay Avenue/Conifer Street intersection Dear Sir: Please consider this letter as a request for a six month exten- sion for the above PUD. A gasoline supplier has now been located and the commitment given to supply gasoline products for this location. Two tenants have committed to leases in the retail portion of the PUD. An application is being submitted to an interested lender and hopefully a loan commitment will be received within the next 60 day period. We will then proceed to final plans and will request a building permit. This activity should occur within the additional 6 month extension as requested by this letter.
