RE: Extension Request for North Lemay Plaza P.U.D.
On March 28, 1988, the Planning and Zoning Board approved the North
Lemay Plaza Final P.U.D. This project consists of a convenience store
and small retail building at the southwest corner of North Lemay and
Conifer. Under current regulations, this P.U.D. is schedule to expire
on March 28, 1991.
The P.U.D. is allowed to be extended by administrative approval for two,
six month extensions. The first six month extension would grant current
status to September 28, 1991. Please indicate your concerns, if any,
regarding this extension request.
Please respond by Friday, March 8, 1991.

Dear Ted:
In regards to your extension request for North Lemay Plaza
P.U.D., we have the following concerns:
1. The extension will require Columbine CableVision o 0`>0"2
replace approximately 907 feet of trunk cable, as rj
well as, approximately 331 feet of feeder cable.
2. If any lines are damaged, Columbine CableVision
will be required to repair and replace the lines at,
our own expense.
We are confident that these concerns will be considered
before the approval of the requested extension. If you have
