As we discussed over the telephone, the Final P.U.D. for North Lemay Plaza has
been continued to the March 28 Planning and Zoning Board hearing. The two
requirements that remain to be completed are the submission and review of the
final utility plans, and the review and execution of the development agreement.
It is my hope that these tasks can be completed within the next few weeks.
