RE: NORTH LEMAY PLAZA
PROJECT #87-496
Dear Ted:
The following is in response to your comments on this project:
I. We have located fire hydrants on the Site Plan coordinated with the
engineering documents.
2. As we discussed previously, we believe that the trees that we picked out for
the off -site landscaping are the best species for the design for two
major reasons:
A. The native type species of trees, shrubs, grasses and wild flowers
being planted along the right-of-way coincide with the concept of
the natural wildlife reserve being planned for the retention area.
B. These species survival rate after the initial maintenance period
will be better in the case that the City decides not to water this
right-of-way.
3. The note as requested has been added.
4. A note referring to the method of irrigation and time frame of establish-
ment period has been added.
5. Signange along Lemay has been eliminated and limited as per conditions of
approval. A note regarding the permit requirements for temporary signs
has been added.
6. Model energy code compliance will be submitted Friday.
7. Traffic study revisions will be submitted directly to the Traffic Depart-
ment.
8. Specifications of the monitoring system and tank installation will be sub-
mitted directly to the Poudre Fire Authority. The soil's report also
specifies the construction requirements for placement of the tanks, which
has been submitted with the engineering documents.
9. Building envelopes have been intensified.
10. Net property boundary minus right-of-way has been shown.
We thank you for your efforts on this project and appreciate your continued
support.
Sincerely yours,
IF,
(Cl
