The proposed project is commonly known as North Lemay Plaza PUD - Preliminary, Case Number #57-87. The applicants are seeking approval for 13,276 square feet of business ser- vice and roadside commercial (2600 square feet PDQ convenience store, 10,600 square feet retail, 3 gas pumps) on 1.784 acres. The property is located at the southwest corner of Lemay Avenue and Conifer Street and is zoned R-L-M, Low Density Multiple Family. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal.
