HomeMy WebLinkAboutNOEL ANNEXATION & ZONING - 58-87, A - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARING (2)November 8, 1988 Dear Resident: The PIanning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, November 21, 1988*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City Hall, will hold a public hearing on a proposed development in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Noel Annexation and Zoning, Case Number 58-87, A. The applicants are seeking approval to annex and zone 287.5525 acres. The project is located west of Overland Trail and north of West Prospect Road (extended). The requested zoning is in two parts: 1) 187.5420 acres of R-F, Foothills Residential; and 2) 100.0105 acres of R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the project based on current County Assessor's records.
