The proposed project is commonly known as Noel Annexation and Zoning, Case Number 58-87,A. The applicants are seeking approval to annex 287.5 acres. The requested zoning for the property is 187.5 acres of RF, Foothills Residential, and 100 acres of R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential. The project is located on the west side of Over- land Trail and north of Prospect Road (extended). Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the project based on current County Assessor's records.
