Dear Mr. Herlihey;
This letter is in response to your request on the status of the variance to
allow the 175 foot curve radius on Laredo Drive in the Casa Grande PUD.
Staff has determined that the variance is still valid and will be allowed.
The subsequent replat of Tract 4, scheduled to be submitted for planning
review on September. 28, 1987, will not affect the current layout of Laredo
Street. If there are any further questions or concerns regarding this
issue, please call Mike Herzig, Jim Newell, or myself at 221-6750.

** Variances from City standard design criteria:.
There is one such variance incorporated into this project. It
is the centerline radius of.1.75 feet for the curve in Laredo
Lane. This is less than the standard minimum of 240 feet. This
variance has been approved by the city prior to this
submittal..
