Dear Ms. Dickinson,
The City Staff has reviewed the Amended Plat of lots 19 and 20, First
Replat of Puebla Vista Estates, and recommends approval and offers the fol-
lowing comments:
1. The Intergovernmental Agreement for the Fort Collins Urban Growth Area.
would only apply to this type of application if there was a public health,
safety issue. City Staff has determined that this proposal does not create
a health or safety issue therefore the UGA agreement does not apply.
2. Engineering suggestions are:
-large lots can use City 28' local street standards with drive over curb
and gutter and no walk.
-46' ROW with easements;
u- se City Standard (R-Value) for pavement design;
-show Greeley Water Line easement.
