UTILITIES AS SHOWN ARE INDICATED ACCORDING TO THE BEST
INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO THE ENGINEER. THE ENGINEER DOES
NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF SUCH INFORMATION. EXISTING
UTILITY MAINS AND SERVICES MAY NOT BE STRAIGHT LINES OR AS
INDICATED ON THESE DRAWINGS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE
RESPONSIBLE TO CALL ALL UTILITY COMPANIES (PUBLIC AND

4. THE PLUMBING CONTRACTOR SHALL TERMINATE UTILITY LATERALS
5' OUTSIDE OF BUILDING UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. EXACT
LOCATIONS (HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL) OF ALL UTILITY
CONNECTIONS INTO THE PROPOSED BUILDING SHALL BE
COORDINATED WITH APPROVED ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS.

7. MINIMUM DEPTH OF COVER OVER WATER MAINS SHALL BE 5'.
MAXIMUM COVER SHALL BE 6'.
8. MAINTAIN 10' HORIZONTAL AND 18" VERTICAL MINIMUM SEPARATION
BETWEEN ALL SANITARY SEWER & WATER MAINS & SERVICES.
