Dear Resident,
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on
Monday, December 14, 1987*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New
City Hall, will hold a public hearing on a proposed development in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly referred to as KCOL Exten-
sion of a Non-Conforming Use. Case Number #69-87.
The applicants are requesting a 625 square foot addition to an existing
building. The building is located at 1612 LaPorte Ave. and is zoned RL,
Low Density Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider
your input on this matter an extremely important element in the City's
review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written
comments are welcome.
