RE: Extension Request - Poudre Plains Subdivision
DATE: August 30, 1991
I have received a request for a six-month extension for Poudre
Plains Subdivision, which was approved March 28, 1988. If
approved, this request would extend the life of this project until
March 28, 1992.
Poudre Plains consists of 21 single family lots and a tract for a
temporary detention pond and is located on the south side of Vine
Drive, west of Taft Hill Road (see attached) . Under current
regulations, this subdivision is scheduled to expire on September
28, 1991.
Please review this request and comment by September 13, 1991 and
indicate any concerns you may have for extending the approval of
this project.
