FROM: Sherry Albertson-Clark4tC_/ RE: Extension Request - Poudre Plains Subdivision DATE: August 30, 1991 I have received a request for a six-month extension for Poudre Plains Subdivision, which was approved March 28, 1988. If approved, this request would extend the life of this project until March 28, 1992. Poudre Plains consists of 21 single family lots and a tract for a temporary detention pond and is located on the south side of Vine Drive, west of Taft Hill Road (see attached) . Under current regulations, this subdivision is scheduled to expire on September 28, 1991. Please review this request and comment by September 13, 1991 and indicate any concerns you may have for extending the approval of this project.
