Enclosed are letters I have sent requesting R-O-W or easements, as per
your request of March 10, 1988, to the land owners of adjacent to Poudre
Plains Subdivision. I tried to contact the land owners over the phone but
was unsuccessful, I left messages on several answering machines. Should.
you want me to pursue this further please let me know.

Plains Subdivision and will begin development this spring. This tract
of land is located directly east of your land on Impala Drive, see
attached preliminary plat for location of the subdivision. The City
of Ft. Collins has asked me to contact land owners between to Impala
Street and Poudre Plains and investigate the possibility of
negotiating an easement for a walk way from Plains Court to Impala
Street. The reason for this request is to provide a safe route for
school age children to walk from Poudre Plains to the Irish Elementary
School.
