RE: Poudre Plains Subdivision, Final - #72-87A
Dear Mr. Sabin,
As discussed in our phone conversation, the Staff has reviewed the traffic
information and has determined that the off-site improvements required would
be a 6' to 8' walk way through your- development west to Impala Drive. This
involves acquiring the R-O-W and/or casement from the property to the west
of Poudre Plains Subdivision.
Also, the City Storm Drainage Staff has requested that you notify down stream
property owners about the change in drainage patterns. --
These issues need to be resolved by the first of next week (March 14th) to
keep this project on the March Planning and Zoning meeting. If you have any
questions or need additional information please call me at 221-6750.
