Description of` e.Easement"to be vacated:
A Drainage Easement located on Lot 3 of the GATEWAY AT HARMONY ROAD -
P.U.D., THIRD FILING, City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado. The portion of
said Drainage Easement to be vacated being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3 and considering the North line of said
Lot 3 as bearing South 89° 53' 13" East with all bearings contained herein relative
thereto; thence along the northerly line of said Lot 3, South 89° 53' 13"East, 12.00 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 00° 06' 47" West, 80.00 feet; thence
South 89° 53' 13" East, 8.00 feet; thence North 00°06' 47" East, 80.00 feet to a point on the
North line of said Lot 3; thence along the North line of said Lot 3, North 89° 53' 13" West,
8.00 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above described portion of said Drainage Easement to be vacated contains 640
square feet, more or less.

A Drainage and Utility Easement located on Lot 3 of the GATEWAY AT HARMONY
ROAD - P.U.J ., THIRD FILING, City of Fort Collins, Latimer County, Colorado. The
portion of said Drainage and Utility Easement to be vacated being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3 and considering the North line of said
Lot 3 as bearing South 89° 53' 13" East with all bearings contained herein relative
thereto; thence along the northerly line of said Lot 3, South 89° 53' 13" East, 12.00 feet;
thence South 00° 06' 47" West, 80.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continuing South 00° 06' 47" West, 10.11 feet; thence South 89° 46' 27" East, 22.00 feet;
thence North 00° 06'47" East, 10.16 feet; thence North 89° 53' 13" West, 22.00 feet, more
or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above described portion of said Drainage and Utility Easement to be vacated
contains 223 square feet, more or less.
