Director Blanchard stated that Item 14 has resolved all their issues and suggested that
if no one wished to discuss this item, then it should be placed on the Consent Agenda.
Chairperson Carnes asked if any member of the Board or the public wished to discuss
Item 14.
Member Strom made.a motion to move Discussion Item 14 to the Consent
Agenda.
'Member Mickelson seconded the motion.
The motion passed 7-0.
Member Bell pulled Consent Item 2 for discussion.
Member Davidson pulled Consent Items 3,. 4 and 5 for discussion.
Member Bell moved to approve Consent Agenda Items 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 14.
Member Colton seconded.
The motion carried 7-0.
