Please take notice that on June 26, 1995, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado approved the Final P.U.D. Plan known as M&O TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE
SERVICE CENTER P.U.D., which development was submitted and processed in accordance
with Section 29-526 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins. The Subdivision Plat, Site Plan,
Landscape Plan,Building Elevations, and Site& Landscape Covenants of the subject
property is on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Fort Collins.
