Utility Plans S:\DEVELOPMENT\Basins\East_Basin\Boxelder_Interceptor_Subbasin\Gateway at Prospect\Gateway at Prospect - Review 1 2-1-2021.docx 1. Sheet OU1 – In the area around the Lake Canal and Cache La Poudre Inlet Canal Boxelder has several large sewers. This area also has ELCO and Greeley waterlines and there has been discussion that NISP is looking at alternatives for a large waterline and the City of Fort Collins has stormwater projects planned. We require that communication and planning occur to discuss all future plans and impacts on our sewers. 2. Sheet OU2 a. The 27- inch sewer in Street B will need to be 30-inch. The 10-inch line to the west will be abandoned. The existing 10-inch line will need to connect to the 30-inch at the northern terminal manhole. b. The sewer in front of the Glanz property flows to the east and connects to the 27-inch sewer. c. Provide access for District maintenance equipment to existing sewer manholes in open space areas. Please let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to future submittals on this project. Sincerely, Brian Zick, P.E. District Manager CC:
