Description of the change and reason(s) for the request: Modifications to the site include paving
9 feet of open space along the south and southeast sides of the existing parking lot
to provide new parking spaces. Additional parking spaces are needed to accommodate
current levels of traffic through the site. The 15-foot wide open space area
remaining between the new parking and existing street will be regraded and land-
scaped with additional trees and shrubs.
