RE: GATEWAY AT HARMONY FILING TWO
Dear Joe:
The following is in response to your comments for the Second Filing of this
project. The responses follow sequentially your letter concerning the proj-
ject.
12. A note concerning the access permit has been added to the plan.
13. It has been determined that a 120-foot total width R.O.W. will need to
be provided for College Avenue. Additional improvements will be pro-
vided within easements.
14. Utilities as planned will loop through the site and tie into improvements
for water and sewer in Mason Street and Kensington Drive.
15. P.F.A. has been contacted concerning additional fire hydrant location
and the plan reflects this need.
16. All utilities and common access will be within access ways and will be
recorded on plat and deeds.
17. The sign location at Harmony and Mason has been moved to address the con-
cerns of Zoning Directional arrows have been down sized to meet the Zon-
ing requirements. '
18. Ground sign information is provided as an attachment.
19. Additional pedestrian connections have been provided and noted on the
plan with painted walks across the traffic lanes.
20. More detail of the interior pedestrian circulation system is shown.
21. Additional elevations have been provided. A note regarding the light
beam system is provided along with a detail. Details as to the inten-
sity of site lighting is provided.
22. Tree size has been corrected and the note concerning the fire permit of
the Forestry Department has been attached.
23. Additional landscaping is provided.
